How does eduate.eu work?

To achieve maximum representation for your projects, partners and products, we have created a 3-step process:

  1. Register on eduate.eu
    With the user you are creating, you can edit all other content created by other users, like in a wiki.
  2. Add a project
    Before you can do anything else, you need to create a project, that you have been part of, complying with the frameworks of the European Commission.
  3. Once you created a project, you can add a partner institution, a project outcome/product, or a person, that has been involved in a project or in an organisation.

How do I add a person

You can add a person, yourself or another one, by clicking "create content" and Person.

Note: A registered user is not equal to a person. You can even create a profile for another person than yourself that is involved in your project.

How do I subscribe to the eduate.eu newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter in your user account. Click on "manage my subscriptions" and select "newsletter". Don't forget to save.

How do I add a badge to my Website?

Any partner or project profile includes a badge at the end of the page and an embed code. Simply copy the code and insert it into your website. It will automatically be transformed, such as below.

How do I register on eduate.eu?

Simply click on create new account in the user login box shown on every page.

How do I add a project outcome?

Go to "Create Content" and click on add a product.

Note: A product always needs to be linked to the existing project, from which the product/outcome is a result.

How do I add a project?

A project is the least common denominator when it comes to EU education projects. Hence, it is the first part that you should fill out, before continuing with other content.

Go to "Create Content" and add a project.
Fill in the mandatory information about the project and don't forget to save.

Note: you cannot add lead partners or partners in general, if they don't already exist on the platform. They will be automatically added to projects, if you continue with the next step of creating a partner.

What is eduate.eu?

eduate.eu is a platform for disseminating and valorising European education projects as defined by the European Commission.
Once a registered user, you can add a project that you have been involved in, your partner institution, yourself as well as outcomes (products) from European education projects. When you register, you are also able to edit content from other users; we have implemented the wiki principle.

This website can help you find and contact potential partners and also offers the opportunity to build your future projects on already created frameworks, guidelines, reports etc.

How to contact other people registered on this site?

Ideally, all profiles of individual people created are linked to an eduate user. By clicking on the user name, you will see the user profile and a link to contact. When clicking on "contact", a form opens with which you can contact the user.

How do I add a partner?

Go to "Create Content" and click on add a partner.
Fill in the necessary information about the organisation and don't forget to save.

Note: you cannot create a partner without having created a project first.
